Angel Mama Healing Session

 I am so honoured that you have chosen to join me in the Angel Mama Healing session.

Before anything else I send you so much love for whatever you have been through up to this point and hope I can help you find a very unique healing, and that connection to yourself and your little one.

I have recorded such a precious meditation for you and really hope it brings you some comfort. (see bottom of page)


I have a recorded video session to share over to delve deeper into this and provide some extra guidance which can be accessed within my new Angel Mama Collective Facebook Group.  


I think it's a very empowering to begin with this meditation alongside journaling prompts that feel aligned to you. This will allow for a significant connection to yourself and your little one, fostering personal reflection.


Recommendations before starting the meditation:

  • Get yourself a little notebook or paper and pen.
  • As well as a cozy blanket, some water, and a few tissues.
  • And allow yourself the time and space where you will be able to do the meditation and some powerful journaliing afterwards.


After the Angel Mama meditation:

  • Take your journal or piece of paper and allow yourself to free-flow, writing about what came up for you during the meditation and then look at the journalling prompts below


Journaling prompts to consider:
Some of these other journalling prompts will feel more in alignment than others, and those which feel more aligned to you may depend on the timing of this meditation after your loss, or just what has come up in the moment. If certain prompts dont feel aligned right now don't feel like you must do them. You can come back to the meditation and/or prompts at any point. And your answers to each will most likely change over time

  • Is there anything from your experiences that you feel you need to let go of in order to move forward, or things you'd like to reframe in your mind?
  • Is there anything causing you agitation regarding your own healing?
  • On reflection, is there anything in your life or perspectives that has changed due to your experiences? If these changes are negative, are there particular thoughts or ways you'd like to let go of?


On reflection after the meditation:


  • Has it allowed you to feel a more soulful connection to your little one?
  • Is there any intuitive guidance coming up to help you in your healing journey?
